Following on from our recent post, we can provide some additional information for those TP/tax professionals looking to work in the UK from next year (COVID-19/international travel restrictions permitting, of course).

From Jan 2021, a new immigration system will apply to non-UK Nationals wanting to come to the UK to work. The key change is that EU citizens wanting to live or work in the UK will now need to secure a visa in advance.

Throughout 2020, we have done a lot of talking, listening, Zoom-ing, Teams-ing, collaborating, encouraging and supporting.

I have said for quite a while that Operational Transfer Pricing will become a 'thing' and it won't require a traditional tax or TP skillset.
