I am an ex-Transfer Pricing Director, turned recruiter with over 30 years’ international experience. Superior service is at the centre of what I strive to deliver to my clients and candidates every single day. Having been both a client who has built Transfer Pricing and Tax teams in multiple countries, as well as being a senior tax candidate moving internationally for career enhancement, I have real-world, lived experience of both sides of the fence.
Relationships, trustworthiness and loyalty are the three elements that keep getting me out of bed in the morning. If you want a transactional recruiter who doesn’t care about the long-term, then I am not the recruiter for you. If you want a career-enduring coach, partner and advisor, then I think we can work together just fine.
I now have a Global focus on Partner, Director, Head of and team moves in the TP, International Tax, Tax Technology and Digital Transformation areas, for both professional services and in-house clients.
PERSONAL
Originally from New Zealand and now having lived and worked in 5 countries (NZ, Australia, Switzerland, Canada and the UK), travelling is a real passion of mine – although, I am a creature of habit. But after visiting Malta 6 years in a row for our summer vacations, my family have now put their collective feet down and insists we try somewhere new each year!
And continuing to support the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team of course!
