We are partnering with a premier professional services firm in London to appoint a Director to lead and scale their financing transactions practice. You will be joining a multidisciplinary unit built on genuine technical depth, bringing together tax specialists, accountants, and quantitative economists drawn directly from industry, private practice and tax authorities.

The Mandate 

This is a market-facing originations and leadership role. You will be trusted to win new marquee accounts, expand existing relationships and convert complex technical insight into a high-margin portfolio of financing transaction work across the world’s largest multinational groups.

On a practical level, you will advise on Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing across the complete lifecycle, from front-end policy design and deal execution to high-stakes dispute resolution and controversy. You will be the specialist clients turn to when a debt structure needs to withstand aggressive regulatory scrutiny, and the commercial operator who identifies emerging market opportunities well ahead of the competition.

Beyond client delivery, you will act as a core practice builder: mentoring high-performing teams, raising the firm's external profile through technical thought leadership, and working fluidly across wider tax, legal, and deal-advisory lines to unlock enterprise-wide engagements.

Your technical background must be exceptional, backed by a clear track record of winning, developing, and retaining tier-one client relationships. Crucially, you will bring sharp commercial instinct, knowing how to convert a deep network into sustainable, recurring revenue.

You will have extensive experience advising multinational corporates on complex financial transactions, alongside an authentic, high-impact leadership style.
