The Mandate

As a Director, you will be the driving force behind this specialist capability. Your focus will be firmly on market making, leveraging your network and the firm's powerful global platform to originate and win complex M&A and Financial Transactions TP work.

You will lead the end-to-end transfer pricing lifecycle for major deals, taking ownership of everything from initial due diligence and structuring to intricate financing elements like debt pricing and guarantees, right through to post-deal integration. Beyond the technical execution, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of transaction specialists, shaping a culture of excellence and commercial agility.

Because deals of this magnitude are rarely confined to a single jurisdiction, you will also partner seamlessly with international offices, particularly the US and the broader European network to deliver cohesive, cross-border transactions.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an established Transfer Pricing leader, currently operating at the Director or very experienced Senior Manager level, who possesses deep, demonstrable expertise in Financial Transactions and M&A.

You will need a strong commercial mindset, a proven track record of business development, and the gravitas required to confidently advise C-suite executives and Private Equity partners on high-stakes deals.

When it comes to geographic background, extensive experience within the UK market is fantastic and highly sought after. However, we know that true deals expertise is global. If your experience has been gained in other highly complex, sophisticated tax jurisdictions, your profile will be of significant interest.
