WHY WE LOVE WORKING WITH THIS CLIENT

Our client sits at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in global tax with the accelerated rollout of e-invoicing mandates and real-time digital reporting obligations. Operating through a tightly integrated international network spanning multiple continents, the team combines genuine global reach with the kind of on-the-ground expertise that clients in complex regulatory environments demand.

What sets this client apart is the quality of its advisory proposition. Underpinned by strategic alliances with leading global tax technology providers, the practice goes well beyond implementation with it’s layering of sophisticated advisory expertise to help clients navigate complexity, manage risk and extract lasting commercial value from their digital compliance programmes. It is an environment that attracts high-calibre professionals and builds really interesting careers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will work in blended way across indirect tax, technology and advisory -  helping multinational clients manage the compliance, operational and strategic implications of a fast-moving digital reporting landscape. Core responsibilities include:

Leading and  contributing to e-invoicing, digital reporting and indirect tax technology engagements across complex, multi-jurisdiction programmes. Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders - translating compliance requirements into commercially grounded guidance with measurable business impact. Managing project execution with rigour: workstreams, timelines and risk across technology-enabled engagements. Leveraging managed services and a suite of global tax technology partnerships to design resilient, future-ready compliance solutions. Contributing to business development and articulating the practice's differentiated advisory value.

Seniority will be calibrated to experience. Directors will own client relationships and drive commercial growth; Managers and Senior Managers will focus on excellent execution and developing advisory skills within a supportive, high-performing team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Indirect tax background (VAT/GST) with exposure to technology-enabled compliance, e-invoicing or digital reporting. Familiarity with tax technology platforms and how digital reporting frameworks (SAF-T, CTC, real-time reporting) interact with ERP environments. Client-facing experience in a Big 4, consulting or specialist tax technology environment. Strong project management skills — comfortable with risk, timelines and quality across complex engagements. The ability to frame client challenges clearly and deliver solutions that balance compliance rigour with commercial pragmatism.

WHY YOU COULD BE BRILLIANT FOR THIS TEAM

Candidates who have built strong technical credentials but find their current environment underutilises their advisory instincts or constrains their access to senior client conversations, will find this practice a compelling proposition.

The international integrated dimension to the team is a genuine differentiator. With colleagues and clients across a wide span of jurisdictions and markets, you will engage with a breadth of regulatory environments and projects that few practices can match. And with e-invoicing and digital reporting obligations expanding irreversibly across global markets, the opportunity to establish yourself as a recognised authority in this field backed by a world-class brand and powerful technology alliances, will continually keep your career interesting and dynamic.
