In terms of the work you will be getting involved with in the Irish market, the exposure is second to none.

Because Ireland serves as the European headquarters for the world's biggest players in the technology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors, the local TP market is uniquely complex and incredibly rewarding.

You will be getting involved in cutting-edge advisory work, driving DEMPE functional analyses, and advising on the migration, licensing, and structuring of high-value intangible property. The role heavily involves pricing complex intra-group financial transactions, cash pooling, and guarantees in a highly scrutinised regulatory environment.

Furthermore, you will guide multinational clients through the real-world operational and structural impacts of the evolving OECD frameworks, specifically focusing on BEPS 2.0 and Pillar Two readiness.

The technical scope also extends to supply chain optimisation, where you will redesign global operating models to align transfer pricing policies with actual value creation for massive Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) clients, alongside defending sophisticated TP policies in tax authority audits, Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs), and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).

We are looking for professionals with a relevant tax or accounting qualification, such as CTA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or an Economics or Law degree. You should have proven experience at the Assistant Manager or Manager level in Transfer Pricing, ideally within a Big 4, Top 10, or complex in-house environment.
