As a Senior Manager here, you will be an "operator" as much as an advisor. You will lead the delivery of sophisticated Transfer Pricing solutions, moving beyond standard documentation to focus on intellectual property planning, value chain transformation, and dispute resolution. Because this firm sits at the intersection of restructuring and consulting, your work will often be event-driven and critical to the client's survival or growth. You will manage a dynamic portfolio of multinational clients, helping them navigate shifting tax landscapes with pragmatic, commercially grounded advice that protects value. You won’t just be marking homework; you will be architecting the economic substance that underpins multi-billion-pound business decisions.

About you:

We are looking for a technically astute Transfer Pricing specialist who possesses a genuine commercial hunger. You likely have a strong pedigree from a Big 4 or top-tier consulting environment but are seeking a platform that rewards entrepreneurialism over bureaucracy.
