Transfer Pricing Manager
If you're a Transfer Pricing professional ready to take things up a gear, this opportunity is going to feel like stepping from the passenger seat straight into the driver’s seat.
This is a Manager-level role within one of the UK’s most respected Big 4 TP practices, an environment where technical excellence meets genuinely interesting cross-border problem-solving, and where the work you touch will shape how multinational groups structure themselves for years to come.
If you’ve got that mix of technical curiosity, commercial instinct and a desire to work on complex, high-visibility engagements, you’ll fit right in.
Day-to-day, this team handles the full arc of TP work: from designing innovative operating models and value chain analyses, to building defendable economic analyses, to navigating the increasingly assertive world of UK and global tax authorities.
You'll find yourself working on everything from restructuring projects and IP migrations to documentation, controversy and APA work, often with front-page industries like tech, life sciences, finance, energy and consumer goods.
The best part? You’ll be surrounded by people who actually enjoy talking about DEMPE, MNE governance, and the quirks of the OECD Guidelines over coffee (Don’t worry, they talk about other things too!).
The UK is broadly recognised as one of the best training grounds in the world for TP professionals. You’ll work in a jurisdiction that blends rigorous documentation expectations, proactive HMRC engagement, and incredibly international client portfolios, giving you the kind of technical range and global exposure that accelerates your career in a way few markets can match. You’ll develop the skill set that senior leaders look for: being able to translate TP theory into commercial outcomes, navigate stakeholders from CFOs to tax authorities, and manage the delivery of multidisciplinary projects with confidence and independence.
Long-term? This role catapults you into that “trusted adviser” space, opening doors to Director and Partner tracks, in-house global TP lead roles, or broader international tax leadership paths. You'll build a profile in a market that genuinely notices strong talent, with the support, training and deal flow of a major firm behind you.
If you’re seeking a place where your technical expertise isn’t just used but celebrated, this is exactly the kind of role that reshapes your career trajectory.
