They’re now using that experience to shape something modern: a technology and transformation focused approach to tax and legal, with real autonomy, grounded leadership, and a supportive culture.

The growth of the team comes off the back of a pipeline of project wins and is seriously gathering pace! Employee number one walked through the door in early September. By the beginning of November, they are now a team of 20 and expanding. With a strong focus on creating a space where people can ask questions and develop ideas, it’s an exciting environment without a conservative leadership mindset or the bureaucracies of traditional firms.

The work already coming through:

Even at this early stage, the work is not small-scale. Sizeable mandates have already been won across complex documentation, AI-in-tax strategy and operational TP redesign and most of the wins have involved global brands and multi-billion-dollar groups. When they’ve gone head-to-head with well-known professional services firms, our client has been scoring right at the top of the rankings with CFOs and Heads of Tax. It’s a sign that the market is ready for a fresh consulting firm offering depth of expertise and agility in delivery.

Where you fit in:

The team is now seeking to engage a Salaried Partner (or equivalent) with combined expertise of Indirect Tax/Finance Transformation. If you enjoy building something new: teams, propositions, client relationships, then this is a space where you’ll have room to do it properly.

The opportunity in practical terms:

• Lead and develop the Indirect Tax Transformation offering
• Influence the firm’s international build-out
• Work directly with senior tax and finance leaders on complex programmes
• Help shape the culture as the firm scales
• Move onto a genuine Partner track based on contribution and capability
