TPI Search is currently supporting a client with a senior opportunity for an ambitious Tax Transformation Senior Manager or Director who wants to accelerate their trajectory in a high-growth Middle East market..

You’ll work at the intersection of tax strategy, ERP implementation, and operational excellence, helping senior finance, tax and technology leaders to transform global tax models.You’ll also be working closely with the Consulting Partners internally to ensure a strong “go to market” approach.

The ideal profile combines corporate tax technical expertise with hands-on experience delivering transformation through Oracle-based ERP systems. Areas of focus may include IFRS, Pillar 2, CBCR, and potentially OTP, giving you scope to influence both strategy and execution.

This position has a clear and transparent route to Partnership for a commercially minded Tax Transformation/Technology Director who enjoys business development, client leadership, and shaping a team around their strengths.
