The accountancy sector has experienced an exciting shake-up in the last 5 years. A flurry of Private Equity investment combined with ambitious growth from the mid-tier firms presents a unique opportunity for transfer pricing professionals seeking something different from their next career move. Having appointed a TP leader earlier this year, our client’s revenues are already seriously impressive. Within 8 months, circumstances now require additional senior expertise and bandwidth due to projects already won and the accelerated pipeline of client engagements in place.

With a strong and very well-established International Tax practice working in close collaboration with the TP service line, you’ll be supporting a constantly evolving client base (think super speedy, fast growth-clients operating in the high mid-tier). It’s an exciting time to join - as we see it, clients experiencing constant growth and change create fast-growth and interesting careers. The clients that you’ll be working with in 2025 will look very different in both scope and scale by 2028.

What We're Looking For

Strong transfer pricing background with demonstrable expertise across OECD guidelines, UK legislation, and international best practice. Proven ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions. Experience managing complex projects and developing junior staff. Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills. Professional Qualification: CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. UK working rights essential as unfortunately visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this particular role.
