What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Advisory: Lead complex transfer pricing projects for multinational corporations, from documentation and planning through to dispute resolution.
  • Technical Excellence: Develop innovative solutions for intricate intercompany arrangements, covering everything from cost-sharing agreements to profit split methodologies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with finance directors, tax heads, and C-suite executives across various industries.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and manage project teams, fostering the next generation of transfer pricing specialists.
  • Business Development: Support partner-led pitches and contribute to thought leadership initiatives that enhance the firm's market position.
  • Regulatory Navigation: Stay ahead of evolving OECD guidelines, BEPS developments, and domestic legislation changes.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Expertise: 7-10 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably with Big Four or boutique exposure.
  • Professional Qualification: ACA, CTA, or equivalent.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of how transfer pricing impacts business operations and commercial decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to distil complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from tax teams to board members.
  • Leadership Potential: Experience managing teams and projects, with a genuine interest in developing others.
