If you’re currently working as a Transfer Pricing Manager with more than 60% of your time being dedicated to advisory projects, then we’d love to hear from you. The technical bits and pieces fall into a few key areas focusing on complex audit related transfer pricing projects, restructuring, financial transactions with global multinational clients, operating model design and debt restructuring within the Real Estate sector. 

You could be someone who already knows the deals environment and want to further build on this knowledge. You could also be a transfer pricing professional with a tonne of advisory experience but limited deals experience however the area really interests you and London is the place to learn. As long as you have a significant amount of advisory knowledge in the TP field, this will more than hold you up to bridge the gap quickly in M&A/Deals.
