We are currently working with a thriving Big 4 team seeking to hire an experienced FSTP Senior Manager seeking their next adventure. As a key member of a market leading financial services transfer pricing practice that has unrivalled technical breadth and depth, you will work closely with a leadership team that’s both dynamic and diverse. You’ll be mentored by “best in class” Partners who have acquired senior level strategic experience at Tax Authority, OECD, in-house banking teams and global professional services environments.

The Role 

As a seasoned Senior Manager, you will need to demonstrate that you own significant client relationships, playing an important role in delivering an outstanding client experience. You will be heavily involved in a variety of tax and transfer pricing projects for financial services transactions demonstrating extensive knowledge of the business arrangement and regulatory issues associated with the financial services sector.

You will also need to demonstrate your ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key/senior stakeholders both within the business and central tax teams.

About you:

Strong knowledge of working with Investment Banking, Asset Management, Insurance or Private Equity clients is essential. Heavily focused on advisory, the projects are extremely broad and over-arch several key areas. You will enjoy having crucial involvement in developing market opportunities and managing different teams, you will be a strong communicator and influencer – people development skills are key. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 9 years transfer pricing experience and strong FS expertise in a key global financial centre is imperative for this position. There is also an existing business case for quick Director promotion should clearly established targets and objectives be achieved.
