We’re currently working with a luminary London Partner who is leading the fastest growing transfer pricing team in this space. With growth, comes significant opportunity for personal development, which is at the heart of why this team is so successful. Due to the specificity of M&A, you’ll need to have an interest or some knowledge of working in this space. A successful Senior Manager will already possess the ability to build internal relationships with other core service lines such as M&A tax and advisory teams, Real Estate, Private Equity and Large Corporates. Essentially, if you have a track record of securing strong buy-in, which results in introductions to clients from other service lines, you’ll be a natural fit for this team.

We can tell you that the team consists of professionals from a diverse range of international backgrounds who have relocated to the UK specifically to further their knowledge in M&A. We can share that the team is expected to double in size within the next 2 years which will open up Director pathways for Senior Managers and Managers joining the team in 2023/2024.
