Transfer Pricing Director

Do you have between 10 and 15 years of experience in either Big 4 advisory, in-house transfer pricing environments or both? Are you a Master’s degree holder in Economics, Finance or Law?

If so, this could be a fantastic opportunity join a dynamic multinational as Global Head of Transfer Pricing.

Operating as an integral member of the Group Tax Leadership Team (and reporting directly to the Group Head of Tax), you will be responsible for all aspects of transfer pricing; gaining deep visibility of the core business units and functions whilst shaping global tax strategy and governance.

It will be your responsibility to spearhead the development, implementation and proactive management of the worldwide transfer pricing strategy across all divisions as well as defining the global transfer pricing framework, procedures and risks. Working closely with the senior stakeholders, regional Tax Directors and Finance teams, you will also provide guidance and direction across a host of topical transfer pricing areas including operational transfer pricing, M&A (valuations, intercompany transactions and business restructurings) and dispute mitigation or resolution.
