Your motivation is personal – you want to move overseas, you're not receiving the variety of work you were expecting, you were given assurances that you would have X and Y opportunities, but they have not materialised, or you just need a change.

Whatever the reason, you need to be able to clearly articulate this in a positive way to your prospective employer in that first interview.
