THE COMPANY

Our client has a unique transfer pricing team structure, primarily operating as a generalist team whilst offering core specialist focus areas such as financial services. The team advises FTSE 100 and fast growing mid-cap clients on a broad range of projects that include Pan-European value chain, policy design and implementation, global documentation, BEPS readiness advice, tax technology, APAs, competent authority and intercompany financing.
Due to the nature of the team structure, professionals will have a greater opportunity to work across several industry sectors and most importantly, with many different Partner mentors. THE ROLE

  • Advising clients at the highest level, you will be working on large, multi-disciplinary projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of detailed economic analysis covering a wide range of UK and international tax issues.
  • Coordinating with transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams on a broad range of topics that include operational transfer pricing, policy design and implementation, value chain, intellectual property, global documentation and dispute prevention and resolution.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Assisting with the team's business development and marketing initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Ideal candidates will have significant exposure to both complex advisory and global documentation transfer pricing projects. If your current role is more heavily focused on documentation then there are opportunities in a different team that will further your career significantly.
  • Professionals will possess between 4-9 years’ professional experience gained in a complex jurisdiction.
  • Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to build strong internal and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
