Due to exciting growth plans, there is a new opportunity for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join a dynamic tax team based in London. With a strong focus on supporting international related party transactions, you will have significant transfer pricing experience and be comfortable directly liaising with senior stakeholders and with other members of the global tax department. Currently, the Transfer Pricing group deals with all aspects of the company's global intercompany arrangements. This includes developing, executing and maintaining inter-company transfer pricing policies, collecting and gathering data & information, analysing & setting arm’s-length prices, preparing transfer pricing documentation reports, assisting with audits and Advance Pricing Agreements, analysing business and planning strategies, M&A integration, and managing & working with external advisors.

Ideal candidates will have acquired between 5-8 years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 or in-house function of a global multinational. This position will suit a detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and takes ownership of projects, is a quick learner with a positive ''can do'' attitude and solid professionalism. You will also be able to adapt to an extremely dynamic, fast paced, informal, often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment. 

Some experience with undertaking valuations preferred and advanced analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word is required. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting would be highly advantageous.
