Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
Our client is a leading Big 4 firm offering Transfer Pricing advisory, Valuation, M&A advice, sophisticated dispute resolution and cyber solutions to a host of Fortune/FTSE 100 clients. Professionals within this team balance the depth of their analytical skills with unique market insight and independence to deliver solid, defensible analysis and practical advice across a varied range of industry sectors.

The Technical bits
Candidates will have acquired between 6-10 years relevant transfer pricing advisory experience including documentation, planning, restructuring, intellectual property, valuation of intangibles, APAs and the development and review of complex valuation models – primarily gained in a consulting environment.
As noted, fluent German and English language skills are essential in addition to a strong Masters degree in Tax, Economics or Finance, however if you have been practically involved in economics related transfer pricing projects then this will be more important to our client.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Proactively assisting in the management of several projects whilst reporting to Managers and above. Contributing to complex transfer pricing issues.
Determining appropriate methodologies and building and reviewing transfer pricing models.
Developing technical solutions to assist with transfer pricing audits and litigation.
Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns on transfer pricing projects.
Support the further growth of our business by actively developing client relationships.
